i think most of the time you can tell if they're fake.

Why any woman would want water balloons sewn into the front of her body is beyond me. There's no reason for if other than sexual purposes, no? Wouldn't anyone laugh at guys who used a fake penis attached to their body for aesthetic reasons only?

I think it is a little different, since women's breasts are pretty much just out there for all to see. With a guy's junk, it is pretty much hidden until the moment of truth (unless he wears his jeans like Robert Plant back in the day). So, you could argue that the breast implants change the woman's overall appearance more. Some women feel like the big boobs make them look better in clothes, etc. I guess, ultimately, it comes down to sex/attracting a mate, but it does seem a bit different.

Isn't finding a mate about sex? Making ones body more desireable about what..... sex! Don't get me wrong, I'm not judging, just calling it what its really about. I just think it would hurt or be uncomfortable. Its always best just to be who you are.

Sometimes there are women who are born with lopsided, as in, one A and one C, breasts; or no breasts. In which case, surgery is perfectly understandable.

No woman is born with breasts.

I got 12/19...... it would have been higher if I had seen their whole body. When chicks are freakishly skinny in the rest of their body but have huge boobs it's pretty obvious. And sometimes girls with real boobs will wear a crazy push-up bra making their boobs look kinda rounder on top and fake looking.
