So, I'm going to Chicago to see Bon Jovi. While I'm there, I *reallllly* want to meet Jon.

Any suggestions?

All I've been able to get from other folks is to be in the right place at the right time. But frankly I don't know where the hell that would be.

Uh. Good luck with that. You of course could pay two grand for a VIP seat and get a pic with his mic stand and maracas.

And yes, I am a Bon Jovi fan.

I know....It's gonna be tough. That's why I posted here, I'm desperate for suggestions lol.

I did think about paying for a VIP ticket, but....uh, no. Can't afford it and don't really approve of that anyway.

Jon leaves RIGHT after the show, off stage, right into a car and gone..

He's not an easily accessible guy. Don't hold your breath. Sorry.

Exactly. You don't have any chance if you wanna meet him just after the show.

Best regards,

So after the show is a no-go.

He'll be making an appearance on a local tv morning news program. I was thinking about hanging out by the tv station and maybe catching him on the way out.

...I was also thinking about hanging out by the stadium and trying to catch him on the way in.

All I want is an autograph, geez! :(

Have a baby boy and name it Jovi. Then get the local paper to get an interview with Jon and mention that you've named your baby after him. Get a two minute meet-and-greet with Jon when he tours through your town.

This is how a local family here in Regina got to meet him.

(pay therapists thousands over the next 20 years for your son to deal with the fact you named him 'Jovi' and all the subsequent teasing and ass-kickings he's in for)
