I was expecting a torturous art film. I was really glad it wasn't.

Still, there were some WTF parts in the movie. If it was about anything other than child murder, it would have been almost funny.

I posted this when I thought there were only a couple of minutes left. I was wrong, so now I need to add that it's also way too long.

Apocalypse Now - 10/10

This war movie is so awesome that it's even more of a psychological film about man and against evil. Such awesomeness.

Saw the first half of Spread last night in an alcoholic haze. I'm still not sure if it's a good flick, but Ashton Kutcher banged no less than six smoking hot broads in about 45 minutes. Plenty of full frontal. Ann Hech has a butter face, but she sure has a smoking body for her age. She ain't afraid to let us see all of it either. I think the plot is Kutcher is homeless and just bangs hot broads so they'll let him live in their house.

There was absolutely nothing on tv last night so i watched Raiders of the lost arc for the 1st time

I wasnt impressed at all Harrison is one of my most hated actor of all time
6/10

California split (70's movie a rarity for me)

A down on his luck gambler (George Seagal) links up with free spirit Elliot Gould at first to have some fun on, but then gets into debt when Gould takes an unscheduled trip to Tijuana. As a final act of desperation, he pawns most of his possessions and goes to Reno for the poker game of a lifetime. A film set mainly in casinos and races, as the two win and lose (but mainly win), get robbed, and get blind drunk

It wasnt bad at all maybe that cause i love casinos and horse racing 7/10

DareDevil - 5/10. This could have been a pretty good flick with someone else in the title role minus Affleck. Bullseye could have used a uniform and the dude from the Green Mile was the right size to play the Kingpin.

Amadeus - 7/10. Re-watched this one for the first time in several years last night, and I was surprised at how much it annoyed me. I realize that it's a movie about genius and that it wasn't intended to be documentary-like and perfectly accurate, but to portray Mozart as such an arrogant buffoon is just too much for a nerd like me.

Watched movies for about 5 hours today! And that's not counting the films I watched when I got back.

Saw the new St. Trinians film with the kids - it was...meh, which I fully expected it to be. Going on how much the kids loved it, I give it 7/10 - and I'm being generous. I'm just grateful I don't have to pay for films like that!
I noticed this man sitting there watching it - he must've been in his late 50's/early 60's - he was by himself *shudder*

Watched Avatar again. The only thing that annoys me about the film is that the rock is called 'Unobtainium' - you'd think, considering all the fancy names that the characters have, and the fact that they're talking a different language..they could've come up with something better than that. Also, what exactly do they need the rock for? Apart from it being worth shitloads of money? I don't remember that being talked about.

Old Dogs ~ 7 out of 10.

This movie has been widely and roundly panned by critics everywhere. Ratings usually given rate it no higher than 5%. Wow, that puts me a very small percentile here.

I certainly agree that no new ground has been broken, and the story lines are preposterous, but those assessments fail to give an accurate portrayal of the well-played (in my opinion) physical comedy within.

This Disney 'family' comedy really wasn't made for small children, more for adults & teens with a base sense of humor. The critics say this film is unfunny, but I disagree. Yeah, you'll get the ever present inanimate objects rocketed into a pair of waiting gonads, but I still found myself laughing like a goddamned retard at the dumb jokes. Maybe it was that honker I smoked beforehand, drowned deeper with a Vic, and the fact that I didn't have to shell out any money. Free movies rock. Where was I again?

I guess it's just my sense of humor, but I've always laughed harder at these kinds of movies than I do when watching crap like The Hangover.

Soldier (with Kurt Russell) Easily the worst movie Kurt Russel has ever made. Flubber kicks it's ass. Hell, Super Hero High is Casa Blanca next to this thing.

The Warriors - 6/10

I just didn't like it. The story kinda bored me. It was like watching a bad Funk band(The Warriors) going against a third rate hair band (Rogues). Maybe it was the fucking sandwich I was eating, I don't know. I just didn't like this one.

Pretty cool sequences though, the change from comic visuals to live was awesome. 8)

The Hangover: Holy mother of Lemmy, that movie had me rolling. I think I laughed throughout the whole movie. 9/10

The Proposal: The ending was pretty dull, but it had some funnier moments. I wish that old lady was related to me somehow. 7/10

It's hit and miss with these kinds of movies. I wasn't impressed with The Hangover, but this one got an unfair shake, in my opinion. I'm not a fan of
Robin Williams as a comedic actor. I typically like to see him in dramatic roles, because that's where his true talent comes into play. Sure, I've always been a fan of his stand-up act, but I don't normally find his light-hearted movies very entertaining. Old Dogs is the exception.

Star Trek - It's the ONLY one of the hundred or so trekkie movies I've ever seen as I think most sci-fi is for people that don't go near vagina. It was pretty fucking good.

I'd bang that O-hora hard for fourteen seconds.
