The Tete and The Moon (1994) - 2 big tits out of 10.

A child (around 6 or 7) does not like the idea of having a new brother. He dreams about drinking milk from the teet of his mom again. The child asks the moon to bring him a tit only for him. And the moon does. Borderline child porn.

Blow 10/10

The end is kind of sad but entertaining the whole time.

I'm about a half hour into Magic starring Anthony Hopkins. Interesting. Kind of like melodrama horror. Not so much horror, but Hopkins is creepy. Directed by Richard Attenborough. Is this one overlooked for a reason? You never hear anything about it from horror fans.

Winter's Bones - 12.3/10 - Great. Drops you in the middle of the Ozark meth crowd. Tons of atmosphere, great casting.

The Girl Who Played with Fire. 8/10

I loved the Girl With The Dragon Tattoo so I got the sequel. Don't know why they want to make an English version. The Swedish ones have been great.

8/10 great movie
Has Nolan even put out a bad movie so far in his carreer ?
Movie was a bunch of fucking nonsense and even less coherent than Dreamscape.

5/10 from me. Some cool visuals and lots of big ideas, but tons of filler and nonsense.

Trucker with Michelle Monahan and Benjamin Bratt 6.5/10, movies about female truck driver are pretty rare so that was a bit different

Paranormal Activity - 8/10

Thought this was way better than it had any right to be. This is what Blair Witch should have been like. There's some sort of pay off in these movies, and the story was interesting I found.

I mean, lets be real here, how many horror movies out there have that creepy scary thing going on and do it well? I think this movie is much spookier than 99% of the shit that comes out that's from the U.S. Perhaps that's saying something about the American film industry right there. Nevertheless, I think they do a great job considering the low budget. The acting is very believable too.

Broken Lizard's Slammin' Salmon (2008) - 6/10. Has some funny parts but I'd rank it behind Club Dread and Beerfest - and way behind Super Troopers.

Same type of experience I had with the movie Jeepers Creepers. I would have been a lot less enthusiastic if it was a good movie. :P

New Karate Kid. It's okay for what it is. I'm not one to bitch about fairness, but could the Smith's have any more fucking talent? Even if he was awarded the role because he's the Pinkett/Smith's kid, he did a great job in it. Movie was 45 minutes too long.

Precious

6/10 Good acting, but not really my cup of tea. I just couldn't relate to any of the subject matter. I can see why Oprah loved this film.

The Crazies (Remake) 7.5/10

Good solid remake of a Romero classic. Nice that he served on this one as Executive Producer. I like Tim Olyphant as an actor too.

The Incredible Melting Man (1977) - 5/10. Fairly entertaining grade Z horror flick but I enjoyed the special effects, given the low budget.

Smokin' Aces 2 - 4/10
Meh, I liked the first one but the only thing that lived up to the name in this one was Martha Higareda.

Repo men - 4/10 - Started out fine but as each minute passed the movie got worse. Good graphics, good actors, total shit script. Struggled to finish the last 30 minutes.

The Girl Who Played With Fire: Great movie. I liked it just as much as the first. Remaking these movies in English is a big waste of time.

Agree 100%. I do love Noomy Rapace who plays Lisbeth. She's fantastic.
