There's a scene where Danny's character goes off on a racist rant on his TV show... "Niggers? Jews?? Tommybastards... " at which point the producer pulls the plug.
I googled 'Tommy bastards' but nothing. Does anyone know what does it means?
Try Googling "Commie bastards."

Watched Walk of Shame with Elizabeth Banks with the wife on Valentine's.
Entertaining enough for a 1 star sleazy sex comedy. I'll give it 6.5 out of 10...
In The House / Dans la maison (2012) - 7/10. Witty movie about a creative writing student living out some stupid story he wants to write, led on by his teacher. Pretty original. Emmanuelle Seigner is unoriginally hot in it.
The Parade (2011) - 8/10. Serbian black comedy about a fag couple trying to pull off a Pride parade despite the constant threat of Nazi homophobe thugs. As funny as it's dark, and unfortunately very realistic.

Napapiirin sankarit / Lapland Odyssey (2010) - 8/10. Quirky but awesome Finnish hillbilly comedy. No idea if it's funny to natives, but I guess some connection helps.
I thoroughly enjoyed it though I think a lot of the gross-out stuff was a little much and didn't really benefit the story, which I thought was great. Definitely a movie to make most people gag though.
Frank: 6/10
I kind of loved a lot of this movie but in the end, there wasn't a lot there. It's kind of a dumb idea but I found myself really intrigued by the Frank character.

I watched Birdman, for the second time, last night. I think Keaton should have won. Nevertheless, it really is a remarkable film on so many levels. 10/10

CAught this on Netflix last night and was very surprised. Finally Nicholas Cage is in a good movie. It's been a while for that. Joe is in the same vain as Mud, even has the same kid in it.
