I saw this on HBO the other night and thanks to the ending the only wondering I did was WTF? Good movie up till then though.

Documentary about the event. Very, very graphic. Witness accounts and actual footage of the scene shot by local news and police. Only seen it on Prime so far.
wow! didn't know this doc existed. thanks for the info. only available on Prime huh?
Yeah, at least to my knowledge. And like any good doc it raises some very good questions. But also a few questions where the director is trying for the "Gotcha! moment" that doesn't come to pass.

Amy - 5/5
Extremely, brilliantly done documentary on Amy Winehouse. I was sad and very pissed off at the end. Fuck her dad with a rusty fishing knife. And that Blake motherfucker.

Ghost in The Shell (Scarlett Johanssen) - 2017 - - 3/5 Good not great. Def Not as good as the original Japanese animated movie from the 90's, but it still looked pretty cool. featured Euron greyjoy as her partner, and michael pitt (jimmy darmody from Boardwalk Empire) as the 'villain'. acting weak, story ok, but shit compared to original. again, visually, pretty cool.

The Mummy - 7/10.
The new one with Cruise. It got massively shit on, but I liked it. Pretty much exactly what I thought it would be - just a dumb action movie, not as good as the Fraser one, but fun.

Just got back from an IMAX 3D screening in London. Amazing. Paid close to $30 for a ticket but man, it was worth it. The 4K restoration and conversion to 3D was fantastic. They just don't make movies like this anymore. If you have the chance to see it in IMAX you should definitely go.

Sicario - 6.5/10

Benicio Del Toro, Josh Brolin, Emily Blunt

I've had this movie on my radar for awhile now and finally got around to watching it. I think it may have been hyped a bit too much b/c I was slightly let down. I'm not sure exactly what I was expecting but it wasn't as great as I hoped. The acting was really good and Benicio Del Toro's character was the best. I think I was expecting a faster pace and a bit more excitement. Good but not great.

Logan Lucky 7-10. Had so much potential to be a classic but dragged down by poor editing (too long running time) and too many plot conveniences...Good performances by everyone and totally enjoyable though...
