It Chapter Two (2019) Jessica Chastain, Bill Hader, James McAvoy. Even if it was good, moving, nostalgic and had a couple of NKOTB moments, 2h45 minutes was just way too long , it would have been very easy to cut 45 minutes.7/10

Bel Canto (2018) Julianne Moore, Ken Watanabe, Christophe Lambert 6/10

Clown 8/10 Weird, even for Eli Roth, but does have some great disturbing moments. Basically, a guy tries on some strange clown suit for his kid's birthday party and the suit won't come off because it's the skin of some ancient demon clown. :? Kinda like IT, only with more way more gore and scary stuff.

Cruising. 9/10 Excellent film. Soundtrack is great too, and Pacino is amazing as always. More horror than social commentary, so give it a look, if you're brave enough.

The Platform (Netflix) - dystopian, Spanish w English overdubs, "prison film". For most of the movie, I give it a solid 7/10. I love the concept of how one's "place" leads to one's behavior. The ending was sort of shitty. I understood it, but it was still disappointing. So the ending gets a 3/10.

I'm a fan of these lower-budget (often foreign) dystopian movies whose plot is what humanity will become in certain circumstances.

I loved Snow Piercer. Looking forward to the TV series. Had some stupid slow parts but like my comment regarding The Platform, I really enjoy these "to what lengths humans will go to" type movies.

James vs. His Future Self (2019) Daniel Stern. It was like a very unfunny Big bang theory episode, a nerd obsessed with time travelling doing physics and not much else 5.5/10

Joker (2019) Joaquin Phoenix, Robert De Niro. Had heard a lot of good about this one and there were some positives compare to other superhero kiddie movies, it wasnt too long and no 20 minutes endless fight scenes but that guy was just a retard, he went out with the black chick then she didnt knew him :? 7/10

The movie was okay, but of course they had to throw in PC nonsense. It's a kiddie movie and they're still trying to shove social justice warrior crap on us.

What PC nonsense, exactly? The violence? The riots? The shooting someone in the face? None of this bothers you, but there being a black woman in the cast does?

Fuck. You've gone and made me comment in a Glammer thread. Now I'm pissed.
