Post work cocktail
It’s been a long busy week and I am off tomorrow.
Just made an absolutely magnificent Crown & Coke. My favorite all time drink.
What’s yours?
Cheers!

It just tastes good. Half way with Crown and the rest Coke Zero. It was actually Crown Royal Monarch which I had saved in the basement pantry at my parents house which my Dad opened (he wasn’t supposed to open my bottle) and he did so oh well I’m drinking it.

My go-to in starting out is usually Southern Comfort and Coke. If I'm choosing one drink, I love Banana Batida cocktails at The Golden Tiki in Las Vegas. Great drink, great place.

Otherwise, I love the seasonal cocktail menu at Velveteen Rabbit in the Arts District (a hidden gem between the Strip and Fremont Street).

I don’t remember if I asked you this or not but have you ever heard of Vegas Pauly C? I love his videos on Instagram. He always posts stuff about Vegas and stuff to do in Vegas. Reminds me of this site I used to go on back in the day Vegas Rex!

Isnt a Crown and Coke known by the cooler name "Black Tooth Grin"?

A black tooth grin is Crown mixed with Seagram's 7 and a splash of coke for color. I didn't care for it. Seems pointless to mix those two whiskies for a shooter.HueyRamone wrote: ↑Fri Feb 09, 2024 1:24 pm Isnt a Crown and Coke known by the cooler name "Black Tooth Grin"?

I like negronis. Easy to make, pretty strong, and tasty. Gotta be "in for the night" for me to have one though.

Depends on my mood and the type of day I've had. Usually I just have one beer. But, sometimes it's:
-Vodka neat, from the freezer
-Vodka and Diet Mountain Dew (for some reason it mixes better than regular)

I can vouch. Both are great spots. Nate has good taste - although he needs to switch to a real whiskey instead of SoCo
Right now, I'm drinking a Manhattan on the rocks. Went with Four Roses Small Batch.
