Why do you keep saying that? Maybe nothing will happen to YOU. Maybe not even ME. But Trump has already caused a shitstorm for plenty of women. And will continue to do so. Do you not believe that? He may put in a couple more Supreme Court justices that will continue to deny women control of their bodies for a whole other generation. Plenty also suspect gay marriage could be next on the chopping block. That's more than "nothing."
Fake news. States just voted on abortion amendments. This isn’t Mississippi in the 1950s so your ridiculous hysterics are comical. You must have bought the same lies as the cryers on TikTok. SCOTUS is already a conservative majority and the only reason there is push back is because the Dems loaded it for years and used it to push all kinds of nonsense that voters repeatedly rejected. But since you agree with all of that horseshit, that’s ok, right? Trump was already in office for 4 years and the country is way more to the left than before any of that. This is why politics is like talking to a wall.

Blocked because you are dumb.
And I even complimented your HTH remix. Sheesh.

A lot of people have had a pretty good idea how shit actually works long before there were Trumpsters walking around. Like at least since the 60s for the modern era. If you think the people at the top don’t all golf and orgy together, you’re naive, haha and I’m not talking Qtards and kids in sewers shit. It’s literally the WWE. That’s irrelevant though.

The right wing media has played a role? But not the left? That’s funny. Keep thinking there is a right and a left in leadership and you’ll keep coming to silly conclusions.
You wouldn't even read the article I posted where this is explained. You've bought into a silly conspiracy where the right and the left are same. It's really silly and shows you haven't been paying attention and or don't care to.

Stick to things you know about like KISS cause you're really out of your element here and making next to no sense and becoming more unlikable by the minute.

And clearly, nothing motivates people to either not vote at all or vote GOP like the Democrats running a woman and, especially, a black asian woman.
Add to this that many minorities that Democrats are pandering to are deeply conservative. Do you think a Muslim man from Afghanistan or Somalia would ever vote for a woman known for supporting LGBTQ, abortion rights and Israel? They need to make the choice. Either forget abortion and LGBTQ, or lose most Muslim and Catholic naturalized citizens..If they haven't lost them already to Trump.

Edit: I would recommend option 2. You can't out-MAGA the real MAGA..

What a weirdo. He's evidence of how some people can be absolutely confident in things they clearly know very little about. Won't even entertain any information that doesn't agree with what he believes.

His wife must be thrilled that he spends massive amounts of time imagining himself as the next Giles Martin tinkering around with KISS audio and leaving her the fuck alone. He sounds insufferable as he's "right" about everything. That came across on TSOTC as entertaining as it was.

Trolls not knowing when they’ve been trolled. I’ve been listening to the same exact shit from guys like Bono N forever. This is kindergarten stuff, guys. When it comes to online political “discussion”, it’s just a waste of time. I know a LOT of people who got unfriended and had long time real life friendships end abruptly in 2016 and this week. It’s never really about a “discussion”. Modern liberals tend to act like 5 year olds and they especially hate when you treat them the way they treat others.

In high school 50 years ago!? How fucking old do you think I am?

But see, liberals can only insult you. That’s why the political thread thing is so dumb and that’s why I don’t give a shit at all what they have to say unless it’s about a KISS remix.

There was a hilarious meme making the rounds - I can't find it! - with Trump holding a glass of champagne and a caption saying something to the effect that "Trump single-handedly prevented a woman from becoming the first female president of the US. TWICE ! "

Harris is an average politician at best. She never should have been made VP much less placed at the top of the Dem ticket.

Now, I agree it wasn't ALL the fault of Harris she lost. Joe B. is a crap president. Nevertheless, for the first 4-5 weeks she had 24/7 positive MSM coverage. The ABC presidential debate was fixed in her favor and she had a bottomless war chest.

So, what's next?

...What the Democratic Party needs is not to be rid only of its two current leaders. It needs and the country needs a clean sweep of its entire top cadre. All of them should go away so the party can repair its damage and offer itself as a plausible left-of-center alternative government.

The ax should fall first on Barack Obama. It’s eight years since he ended his second presidential term. Yet he lingers like a bad smell. Why is he still here? Because despite his elegance of manner he doesn’t have the grace to get out of the way. He won’t allow others to rise to meet the challenges of today, so Democrats stay as radical as a Chicago South Side community organizer.

Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) should also go. She quit as speaker of the House two years ago at the age of 82, supposedly to hand the party to a younger generation. Yet such is her control that it was she who guillotined Biden for being too feeble. True, he had to go, but should it have been his elder sister who ousted him?

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is talking about bipartisanship now that his party has been thrown from power. It would be much better if he talked of his own departure and exited stage left.

Time has also surely run out for the superannuated socialist, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT).

The whole pack of them must pack their bags and get out of Washington so the Democrats can get real again.

Trump's big dick alpha male energy is going to lead to the revival of rock music. The next Van Halen, Aerosmith and Led Zep will be here soon. The Olympics and World Cup won't be soundtracked with rap and hiphop.

So, how about the NY Times.

…Democrats know what their problem is — losing — but they are already divided over the underlying cause. Some believe the party was too cautious for an electorate seeking big change, while others believe the party has become too progressive in a country that is increasingly conservative. It should be no surprise, then, that there is not consensus on who should diagnose the party’s ills.

“There needs to be a house-cleaning and a new generation of Democratic leaders,” Representative Ro Khanna of California told me. “We spent a billion dollars on concerts and focus-group-tested slogans that didn’t speak to the anger of ordinary Americans who feel that their kids aren’t going to be able to buy a home or a car and that the American dream is slipping away.”

He added, “I don’t think having some D.C. insiders come up with some 30-page report is going to do anything.”

Sanders would never win an election in this country. The mistake they made was pushing Biden aside. He's since stated that he wanted to run. His son dying was a convenient excuse after the party insisted on Clinton. I said years before that Hillary was unelectable and it was proven. She's not likable and is disingenous.
SexxAtraxxion wrote: Wed Nov 06, 2024 9:08 am Then only once it was too late did they pivot to Kamala Harris.
At the time I was hoping for an open primary, and in hindsight, it certainly looks like it might have generated more excitement. There is someone out there that could beat Trump and Kamala was certainly hamstrung in that she couldn't say anything bad about Biden's policies. Waiting nearly three years to address immigration was a massive miscalculation. It should have been done at the beginning of year two.
The Dem leadership was well aware Biden wasn't fit to run again and when it became apparent he had to go - identify politics dictated Harris step up.

Now, hHad the Dems offered say Josh Shapiro the top of the ticket they probably would be returning to the WH. However, the progressive left would never have gone for Shapiro.

It wasn't too long ago that Ohio and Fl were considered swing states. Well, if Trump and the Reps play their cards right (granted a long shot) they have an opportunity to keep Rust Belt states red .

The Dems? They can either take a good long look at why they lost or expect more of the same.
