Malls were the best during this time..it truly was magical fun adventure days and nights. All those items and stores were kings at the time…every kid looking like MTV…food counts and arcade places to meet up at!!! Life was truly like mall in the movies!!
Now malls are joke and boring never worth going to..even the fancy Beverly Hills places.
Pretty sure grunge killed the mall experience also..oh well
All the hype you hear about Tower Records-Wherehouse-Sam Goody is true!
You paid for EVERYTHING from the velcro wallets from the surf shops! having like 30$ for Ms Fields- Hot Dog On A Stick where all college girls worked! and arcade!
Now malls are joke and boring never worth going to..even the fancy Beverly Hills places.

Favorite Gecko shirt ready for the mall!
Started at Macys for long mall walks! Macys had Ms Fields in the store near the counter with Swatch counter..you had to ask to try them on .. they were in glass cases!
Getting large strawberry Julius was a big deal…they were kind of expensive
