Best chicken product on Planet Earth right now.
I bought a package of these based on your recommendation. Agreed! Very good! Lots of tasty white meat chicken. It cooked well in the regular oven. I didn't throw up and didn't feel guilty the next morning. Good call! Thank you!
They''re great microwaved or air fried too.
I recently had to adapt to a non-inflammatory diet, and these are part of it.
As long as I'm learning something, I figure I'm OK - it's a decent day.
I'm sure where you live there's either a Bojangles or Hardee's not too far away to be an option, and their breakfast biscuits are second to none. NONE.
As for McD's, I will say that I like their breakfast burritos in a pinch, but I'm not going to eat their "biscuits".
And while we're talking, what do you think about the Gamecocks not getting into the college playoffs? It's pretty obvious that the politics and money in college football will never change.
They got fucked by a bad call vs LSU. Cost the game. Killed them. Then they win 6 straight. Record doesn’t reflect it, but they’re top 6 team.
Oh yes, they sure did. Not sure about "top 6", but this team would contend well in the playoffs if having been given the chance. Oh well.
9-3 is far better of a record than I had imagined at the beginning of this season. As a fan, I'm proud of that and proud of this team beating Clemson at their own home stadium (again!). No committee can take that away.
Hoping for 10-3 with a win at the Citrus Bowl. Glad the Gamecocks got the better non-playoffs bowl bid than Alabama did.
Same! You sound like a real fan. Love it. I was 10 rows up in front of the Clowney hit in the Outback. I was a ridiculous fan back then. Probably too much.

I'll try the air fryer next. Believe it or not, I JUST got one. I'm a cast iron guy so I cook pretty much everything on the stove or in the oven.
Besides that...what is healthy for inflammation? I know shellfish, sugar, fried and fatty meats are bad. What is on the "good" list?

Chicken, turkey (no red meat), fruit (especially avocados, blueberries and strawberries), spinach, broccoli, brussel sprouts, nuts, nut butter (with no added sugar) and olives are some examples. Most stuff on the "Mediterranean diet" is pretty good.
Nitrates (especially bacon) and preservatives are the worst. Potatoes (and other "nightshade" stuff) are pretty bad too.
If you want air fried food to be crispy, put some olive oil on it before you cook it. The oil makes the surface cook hotter.
As long as I'm learning something, I figure I'm OK - it's a decent day.
Thank you, Turner! Much appreciated! I have had some bad inflammations over the years. Even just flying swells up the feet. It's tough to get my shoes on after a long flight!
Thanks again! I wrote it all down! Now, we can go back to our regularly scheduled program!

Excuse the thread jack, but where the hell have you been all season in my gossip board college football thread?
Why is it so hard to be liked?
Start a perfectly good thread and then cocksuckers every where clam up and won’t say shit.
It’s just like all the dumb bitches I find attractive are somehow lesbians.

We’re already signing some transfers! Hope they can get Concepcion (WR) from NC State. Also saw we upped Dylan Stewart to over a million per season. Bring on the Citrus Bowl!
