Washed up As Fuck starring Diamond David Lee Roth. They finally gave the green light to "Crazy from the Heat" but renamed it to match the times. Winona Ryder was miscast as Steve Vai. Should have used a taller woman.

Taking Woodstock (2009) - 7/10. It's obviously about the festival, but doesn't focus on the music. It's rather a coming of age kinda story about some dude working at his parents' shitty motel while helping to set up Woodstuck by accident. I've seen it described as a 60s Dazed & Confused which might not be the worst comparison. If nothing else, they came the closest to not representing acid trips in a ridiculous way out of any movie I've seen.

The Normal Heart - 8/10 Good movie about the beginning of the AIDS crisis in America and how it was perceived by politicians and the general public as a whole. Very sad in some parts, as expected when dealing with the subject at hand, but overall, very informative on some issues I was clueless about myself. And great performances by all of its actors.

A million ways to die in the west(2014) Charlize Theron, Amanda Seyfried, Liam Neeson were all pretty good but the lead Seth Macfarlane is just an awful actor still it was pretty enjoyable 7.5/10

I just watch Idiocracy for the first time in YEARS, and it's frightening how close its become to a documentary.

On Friday someone asked me why it became dark again when they woke up at 6:00 AM after setting their clock one hour ahead.

La Vénus à la fourrure / Venus in Fur (2013) - 6/10. Polanski movie based on a play based on the novel by Sacher-Masoch. The entire thing is just one scene, an audition between an actress and a director on stage at a theater. The actress is Emmanuelle Seigner. She's hot.

Yeah, but she's married to Polanski, which is kinda gross. I mean, extremely gross.

Agreed. Part 2 is the best. So many good memories attached to this film as I saw on my last day of high school with a packed audience.

It also has one of my all time fave inevitable blonde Friday the 13th heroine played nearly perfect by Amy Steele.

After Fall, Winter (2011) - 8/10. Kinda hard to describe, so suffice it to say Lizzie Brocheré is awesome and so are her tits, which she totally takes out in this.

The Legend of the 7 Golden Vampires (1974) - Hammer Studios was trying to fit in with the times nearing the end of their run and this flick is definitely a reminder of that, co-produced with the famous Shaw Brothers studio. Van Helsing (Peter Cushing) and his Chinese friend (David Chiang) fight Dracula's ghouls with martial arts. Interesting concept, but not a strong Hammer Film at all - 5/10

Unbroken - 5/10 Since Jolie decided to use her cancer scare to promote the DVD release, I just had to check it out. Good prisoner of war movie, nothing special. This was a true story, which I found interesting considering that the man's entire life was essentially every single war movie cliche' I've already seen a million times. Meh.

This premise sounds familiar. Isn't Polanski wanted for doing just that? His methods are quite revolutionary for a 13-year old virgin.
