The Fall: 8/10 - A very polarizing film, excellent story, beautifully shot.

Great atmosphere, complex plot. Whoopi Goldberg is excellent, however the dinosaur's acting is decidedly wooden.

Skyline 6/10
If you haven't seen it, don't bother. Just go rent ID4 and watch that again instead.

Murder Party -328/10
this could be my new gold standard for bad movies. it wasn't even funny bad like something you'd see on Mystery Science Theater, it was just painfully bad.
it's billed as a horror/black comedy but failed on both counts miserably. 80 minutes of my life i'll never get back.

Saw IV - 6/10
Not bad, but the plot is becoming more and more far-fetched. It's hard to ignore the lack of motivation for anything that happens. It's been a while since I saw the first three, but I remember them to be more consistent.
She's The Man - 2/10
Obviously a shit sandwich, watched it for the two points worth of Laura Ramsey screen time.
Cop Out - 5/10
If Sean William Scott is the funniest guy in your comedy you did something wrong.

The Loved Ones 7/10
somewhere i saw it described as "Pretty in Pink meets Wolf Creek", and i would say that's a pretty fair statement. the chick in this movie gives new meaning to the words "batshit crazy".

Tattoo Connection ( 1978 ) 7 and half / 10 ( the camp appeal gives it a half point )
This is cheese ball as fuck low-budget blaxploitation/Kung Fu flick, starring the one and only Jim Kelly. The plot's not important, yet there is one.....I think. Kung Fu, overdubs, bad acting and 70's hair.
You ain't really lived until you've seen a brotha with a fro Kung Fu fight.

I want to know if it's so bad it's good, or if it's just a waste of time.

Last Man Standing (1996) Bruce Willis, Christopher Walken: 6.5 out of 10.
Basically Bruce Willis goes into this mean town and basically kills everyone. In the end he is the Last Man Standing. There, I saved you an hour and 40 mins. Christopher Walken was not in it that much either.
Hideaway (1995) Jeff Goldblum, Alicia Silverstone: 5 out of 10.
It was actually a pretty dark movie, but just not very well done. The effects were pretty dated too.

A lot of sci-fi references and your typical extended-Superbad family cast. A lot of the jokes centered around "Haha an alien uses bad language". Meh.

Bell, Book And Candle - 10/10. Starring James Stewart and Kim Novak.
Kim plays a witch, who puts her neighbor (James) under a spell to get back at an old college nemesis.

Re: Rate the last movie you saw
Bloody Reunion 7.5/10 i've pretty much come to the conclusion that with Korean horror, there's no middle ground...the movie either totally sucks or is completely awesome. case in point, i've been trying to watch Oldboy for 3 days now and i'm still only halfway through. soooooo fucking boring. Bloody Reunion on the other hand, now that's how to do horror. not too much gore, and it grabs your attention in the first couple of minutes. while the killing doesn't start for a while, the entire time up until then you've got this really uneasy feeling. the only reason i didn't rate it higher is there is such a thing as one too many plot twists.
edited to add: i would love to know where in Korea this was filmed. the grounds of the house and the waterfront are absolutely gorgeous!

ZOMBIES! ZOMBIES! ZOMBIES!
Awesome.
Strippers, crack whores, pimps and zombies.
And the strippers and crack whores are ridiculously hot (well, way hotter than I expected).
Seriously. What more can you ask for in a movie? Tip: be stoned.
As a cheesy zombie titty movie: 8/10
As a real movie: 4/10
