The MST3K styled one liners from the crowd was what actually kept me entertained.
I'm sayin'.
You know a film's bad when the hecklers are more entertaining.
Finally got to watch Mel Gibson's "Apocalypto". I had always wondered what caused the end of the Mayan civilization. Never would've guessed it was the Jews.

I get freakin' bored at work so I get to read crappy magazines and such quite a bit. In one, there was an interview with Daniel Radcliffe in which he said that they didn't refer much to the play when making it, instead preferring to follow the book. That's a load of bollocks. The play is more in keeping with the book than the film is.
Plus, the whole time, people were just saying shit like 'you killed voldermort, you can kill the woman' 'use your wand!!' and the like.
I saw the play ten years ago and was kind of looking forward to this movie. Thanks for pissing in my cornflakes.
Honestly, given the choice, I'd rather see the play again (saw it just over a year ago). Have you read the book, too? It's quite a short book and isn't dense or anything by any means - I just skim-read it. I suppose they did quite well with building tension up though [in the film], but towards the end harry potter comes up with some wild-assed 'idea' where everyone was a bit 'WTF??' about. That wasn't in the book. I won't say what it is, but you'll know what I'm talking about if you see it.
I haven't read the book, but quite enjoyed the play. I had figured the movie might suck by virtue of Harry Potter being in it.

Season 2 is pretty good, too.
Yep, I love that show-very entertaining!
Last night I watched a Wes Craven movie from 91', "The People Under The Stairs". I know I saw it before but that was when it 1st came out out on video back then. It wasn't that scary-only a little gross especially since it's a Wes Craven film but was suspenceful enough and goofy. 7/10
Paul 5/10 I just dont get those guys i enver enjoyed one of their movies and this one was not different. Best thing from the movie was All over the world by ELO from the Xanadu soundtrack

Warrior (2011) starring Joel Edgerton, Tom Hardy, and Nick Nolte
9.5 out of 10. One of the best movies I've seen. I hope Nick Nolte gets the Oscar tonight. I only take off a half point because the high school kids and the wife were kind of corny. Very emotional movie about family. It being PG-13 didn't hinder it at all either. Way better than The Fighter.
I hadn't seen this in ages, and still love it. I didn't even remember that Natalie Portman played Mathilda.
Jean Reno is the fucking man.
I've seen that movie 20 times and I never get sick of it. The extra footage in that version is awesome too.
"Did you really have to kill a 4-year old kid?"
Mennace II Society. 8/10. Once you get past all the Don't Be A Mennace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood parodies it is still a great movie. Just re-watched it after awhile.
Crazy on the outside(2010) You could see the story coming from miles away but the cast was pretty solid(tim allen, sigourney weaver, ray liotta, jeanna tripplehorn, ....) 7/10

Grand Theft Parsons - 7/10. Don't expect a music biopic or anything like it. Even though it's based on the true story of Gram Parson's corpse shenanigans, the movie is more of a weird comedy focusing on Phil Kaufman's (played by Johnnie Knoxville) road trip. And Christina Applegate is hot in it.
