Not Without My Daughter. 10/10. It's my favorite Sally Field movie.

Kiss meets the Phantom of the Park 7/10 Cult classic tv movie portraying Kiss as superheroes. Bad acting, cheesy effects on par with cartoons of the era, still fun though.

I Am Virgin (2010)
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1568927/

It came without warning. The virus wiped out most of the world's population in just a few days, and everyone who survived became a vampire with an insatiable thirst for sex. Everyone except Robby. He's the last normal man in a world of unbridled sexuality, and he's a virgin. Accompanied by his trusty Basset Hound, Billy, he's looking for love in a city full of vampire vixens who want nothing more than the next depraved thrill. Faced with temptation, Robby must resist the lure of this world of lust and sensuality or risk becoming one of the sex-mad undead creatures himself!

The Death of Superman Lives 8/10

This was a documentary about what went on behind the scenes of cancelled Tim Burton/Nicolas Cage Superman film from the 90's. For years I've seen that pic of Nicolas Cage in the Superman suit floating around and figured it was going to be an absolute trainwreck, but after watching the documentary, it changed my mind. It wasn't going to be a Christopher Reeve type Superman film AT ALL and eventually the studio got cold feet and pulled the plug.

The Beyond (1981) - 4/10

I honestly don't get the appeal of Lucio Fulci. Zombie or Zombi 2 or whatever the fuck it was called was sort of okay, I guess, but this is just horseshit. The dubbing is ridiculous, there is not the slightest trace of a coherent script, shit just randomly happens throughout the entire thing. Well, the gore is not bad for the time, sometimes, but it's just a terrible movie any way you slice it. The ending shot was probably the only good thing about the whole film.

Before Midnight (2013) - 3/10

I somehow remember sort of enjoying the first two ridiculously queer movies in this series, but this totally sucks. It's so contrived it's painful, and there's one of the most despicable, annoying characters I've ever seen in a movie, jabbering on and on for at least 90 minutes.

Taken 7/10
Solid action movie. Nothing new to see here. The fight scenes were predictable
but the plot was still interesting.
Should I see Part 2 and 3?

Watchmen

11/10. Best comic book adaption movie ever. Zack Snyder should get an unlimited amount of blowjobs for making this cinematic masterpiece come to fruition.

Spectre: 8/10. Good James Bond movie, you know what you get. Not quite as good as Skyfall and a bit too long but absolutely worth seeing if you´re into (Daniel Craig´s) Bond

Dheepan: 10/10. Great movie, awesome acting, good story, don´t miss it! French movie about a former militant from Sri Lanka who manages to get to France with a random woman and young girl pretending to be his family, trying to start a new life in a drug and gang infested ghetto.

The Sword and the Sorceror, 80's low budget fantasy film cashing in on the D&D craze. 7/10. Richard Lynch as a stereotypical bad guy, Richard Moll (Bull from Night Court) as evil wizard Xusia, and Lee Horsely (Matt Houston) as Talon. Cheesy goodness.

What a truly truly excellent film. There are so many brilliant lines in that movie that feel improvised and unscripted... which is the mark of a truly great screenplay (and a great performance).

"I think she did too much coke."
-"Oh. Do you think so, Doctor??"
"This is the 2nd chick in two days that passed out on me."
-" Well, do you think this means that maybe ya oughta think about getting some new shit?"

Brilliant.

"Okay. Let's shoot the scene."
-"I'll be right back. I'm gonna wash my vagina."
"How long is THAT gonna take??"
-"A few minutes. You want it clean, don't you?"

There are million lines like that. It's so dark and so realistic, but also... funnier than Anchorman or whatever.

This is a 9.9/10. What great movie.

Gone Girl :

First 30min, I'd rate a 2/10. The rest gets an 8.5 easily. What a hooer.

I loved that movie as a kid. They used to play the shit out of it on basic cable in the early 90s, albeit with all the nudity and violence trimmed. In fact, I don't ever think I've seen the film uncut.

Code Black - Documentary about the LA County ER. A lot of blood. I didn't know that LA County had one of the first fully functioning ERs in the country. You'd think we would have had a bunch of them on the east coast first?

The Gift (Jason Bateman and Joel Edgerton)
I thought it was going to be one of those silly horror movies like Sinister and/or The Purge or whatever, but I was mistaken. It's a "real" movie.
It's very much an above average thriller.

8/10

Watched The Wraith (1986) sci fi/horror/revenge flick. Great 80's soundtrack and possibly Charlie Sheen's finest moment. Bonus a young topless Sherilynn Fenn. 8/10

An American Crime 10/10

Omfg did this movie got me so fucking heated....

Basically the movie is about this parents who work in the circus and had to leave their 2 daughters behind for financial purposes. The bitch that takes care of them just takes it out on one of the girls because supposedly she was talking shit about one of her daughters WHEN SHE WASN'T.

The shit that got me so fucking heated was how her sister didn't have the fucking balls to do shit to protect her sister at all costs and all the scumbag fucking kids torturing this poor kid.

I'll admit I got teary eyed and mad as hell :(

The worst part about that movie is that it really happened. (Although I don't know how closely the movie follows the "real" story)
