Before the Devil Knows You're Dead (2007) Phillip Seymour Hoffman, Ethan Hawke, Marisa Tomei, Albert Finney,. any movie starting with Tomei on all 4's getting pounded doggy style can't be bad. She was 43 when that movie was done and her body was bangin wow, 7.5/10

The Predator (2018) Olivia Munn, Jacob Tremblay, Thomas Jane, Jake Busey, i'm not super familiar with the predator franchise but i enjoyed it for what it was 7/10

"John Wick 3: Parabellum" - 7/10

A lot of fun, despite having, as with the others, probably 200 kills. Cool, well-designed action sequences. It's pure sugar for action fans. They know what they're getting with this series.

I don't know how I missed this when it came out. Plan to watch it again.

But, and it's driving me bonkers....there was a film or miniseries some years ago about a bunch of alien ships that arrive and the Earth freaks out. The ships were sort shaped like rough hewn upside down cones, maybe like shards of glass. There was even a Chinese military getting impatient while the main characters try to figure out what's going on. Barely in time, like in Arrival, destruction is averted. I've searched allover the web and can not find it..
