Black Swan 6/10
most overrated movie ever. great acting, but it just felt like watching another two hours of Aronofsky's mommy issues.

Finally watched The Loved Ones.
Sick, nasty and funny. With a couple of plot holes that should be kicked under the carpet. 9/10

Winnebago Man (2009) - 7/10. A documentary about the angriest man in the world. Pretty entertaining and hard to belive he hadn't died of a coronary or stroke by the time this was shot.

Divorce His, Divorce Hers - I'm not going to rate this yet, as I've only seen part of it.
It's a made for TV movie starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. It's about the breakup of an 18 year marriage, shown from the husband's, then the wife's point of view. For some reason, the dvd starts with part two, part one is in the bonus features.
River Of No Return - 9/10. Starring Marilyn Monroe and Robert Mitchum.
Dial M For Murder - 9/10. Starring Grace Kelly.

Gainsbourg 7/10. The story of Serge Gainsbourg would have been interesting enough without all the stupid fantasy sequences and characters.

Casino Jack. Despite not having one likeable person in the entire movie, it was great. The fact Jon Lovitz gets nearly whacked by a Greek thug with a ballpoint pen is even greater.

Wandered into a fun little movie called "Bottle Shock" on Netflix streaming.
It's about the California wine industry coming into its own at the famed "1976 Judgement of Paris."
I know. It sounds boring so far, right? It's not. Little indy film with Alan Rickman, Bill Pullman, Dennis Farina and for you boys, there's even a little Eliza Dushku and a lot of Rachael Taylor.
Pot, booze, hippies. The triumvirate of quality films. Seriously, check it out - I don't think you'll be disappointed. 4/5

Heartless (2009) 8.5/10
think "Donny Darko meets The Devil's Advocate". the only thing that kept it from being perfect was the fact that it's kind of predictable. so it's not so much about what happened at Point A and Point B as it is about the journey in between. and what an awesome and sometimes fucked up journey that is.

35 minutes of Due Date. It's time for Todd Phillips to take a break.
Watched the rest. It does become better when Phillips drops the slapstick/grossout act that never worked with this story and turned it into a love/hate buddy flick with a little heart the second half. 2 out of 5 stars. Downey can act. I can really only handle Galifinakis in doses. Not saying he isn't funny, but I don't want to watch masturbation jokes 24/7. Especially unfunny masturbation jokes.

Priest (2011) I would give this a 4/10. There were a few interesting scenes, but not enough to keep me interested for the hour and a half this movie lasted.
