Wrestling is fake. Is the notion of Trump using a clip of it to call a media outlet fake lost on him?
Morton Downey, Jr.

So yeah, here we are, the fucking President of the United States...I can't even.
Ah, yes, good ol' Morton. I stand corrected. Springer was more the revival.
Yes, Millionaire just revived the reality show concept on primetime that had been dead for years.

I think we now know why Homeland Security doesn't want to examine the voting machines. Who would read those comments and think the department wasn't in Trump's corner?

Let's see, meeting Putin in a few days, North Korea still being assholes, tensions now brewing with China, ISIL still a threat, healthcare still up in the air and what is the president of the United States doing?

Seriously? Tweeting a video of himself in a staged display of "sports entertainment" (#FAKE) with a media outlet over McMahon's face showing violence... Keep ramping up the rednecks and the juvenile behavious Drumpf, you'll have them shooting reporters instead of people who look like Muslims...

I should add that it was called to my attention that the WWE video was actually re-tweeted by the official POTUS Twitter feed as well. Shaking my head here.

This company has been around for a couple of years but this commercial could only be made under a Trump administration. It's actually quite awesome.

Yes, shitposting on Twitter is now part of the presidential record.

Government tweets are going to be considered on the record by law shortly, that is, if that proposed legislation hasn't already been passed. Then Trump will be committing more crimes on the regular.

The Wrasslin' clip and the Morning Joe bashing is most likely a Bannon idea to distract people from discussing how badly Trump is failing.

Remember during the campaign when the Idiot had done or said something really bad, damaging even. Don't ask me what it was, there was so much (fuck you Trumptards). Anyhoo, to distract from the stupidity, the NY Post (a pro-Trump paper) splashed the Melania noodz across the front page.

That's right, posting nude and very soft lesbian pics of the possible First Lady was a kind of damage control.

If your idea is right, making a complete ass of yourself on Twitter as damage control...we are in the derpiest timeline.

Hell, if this is the road we're going down, he should sack up and get in the actual ring, and have a boxing match with Justin Trudeau.
And just like Trump, Morton Downey Jr also parlayed his fame into a WWE moment but he was willing to take the fall unlike Trump who I'm a 100% positive would never have taken the payday if he came out on the losing side.

The main selling point of his appearance was a hair vs hair stipulation with Vince McMahon so you already knew the outcome before it even started like he'd be willing to part ways with that hair of his.

Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin didn't hold back his hilarious facial expressions as he listened to President Donald Trump's comments about space and security on Friday. You have to scroll down to the video.

Watching that and seeing the creepiness of the entire group (minus the black guy) on the left staring and listening with the zombie-like smiles on their faces while Drumpf yet again shows he hasn't a clue about what he's talking about is quite eerie.....
Pence appears to be writing a love poem to him while he speaks..

Not Drumpf related, but two states with Republican governors shut down their states government over not being able to pass their budgets... The funniest part is Christie, one of Drumpf's hardcore supporters and his family spent the day on the beach HIS administration shut down because of the budget crisis..

Maine nonemergency functions shut down in budget standoff
Maine Gov. Paul LePage has declared a state of civil emergency in Maine in the absence of an approved biennial budget by the state Legislature.
All nonemergency government functions are shut down until further notice. State parks managed by the Bureau of Parks and Lands in the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry will remain open.
The civil emergency state began July 1 after the Legislature failed to sign a budget into law by June 30, the last day of Maine's fiscal year.

LePage, a Republican, submitted his budget to the Legislature in January. Expecting a budget standoff, he signed an executive order Friday directing state departments and agencies to take necessary steps for a state government shutdown.
"This is not about today or tomorrow," LePage said in a statement. "This is about the future of Maine. The Maine people are taxed enough. I will not tax them anymore and in my budget overall taxes were decreased. Maine has plenty of revenue to fund state government without raising taxes."
The administration said it will continue to pay most benefits administered by the Department of Health and Human Services, despite the shutdown of most government services.

New Jersey legislators also went home Saturday afternoon without passing a budget, leaving the state government shut down.
Gov. Chris Christie, a Republican, signed a state of emergency permitting the operation of essential government services such as state police, correctional facilities, welfare services, state hospitals and treatment facilities. Also shielded from the shutdown are New Jersey Transit, the state lottery, casinos and racetracks.
The shutdown forces the closure of tourist attractions such as all 40 state parks, recreational areas, historic sites, state beaches and Liberty State Park just as the July Fourth holiday weekend gets underway. Campers who stayed in parks Friday night were asked to leave Saturday morning, Christie said. Public events in parks were canceled.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

On Friday, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie ordered beaches across the Garden State closed -- a reaction to the ongoing budget impasse in the state's legislature.
Less than 48 hours later, photos from NJ Advance Media showed Christie sunning himself with his family on Island Beach State Park -- the only people on the beach because, well, the governor had closed it.

Image

New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie uses the beach with his family and friends at the governor's summer house at Island Beach State Park in New Jersey on July 2. Christie is defending his use of the beach, closed to the public during New Jersey's government shutdown, saying he had previously announced his vacation plans and the media had simply "caught a politician keeping his word."

Turns out that after those photos were taken on Sunday, Christie took the state helicopter to Trenton for a press conference. At it, he was asked about staying at the beach while the beaches were shut down. "I didn't get any sun today," Christie responded.

When shown the pictures, a Christie spokesman -- in what will be fast-tracked into the spin Hall of Fame -- responded: "He did not get any sun. He had a baseball hat on."
The "hat" defense! Epic. Absolutely epic.
Christie, for his part, was dismissive of the controversy in an interview on Monday with a local TV station -- saying of the Star Ledger's pictures: "They actually caught a politician being where he was going to be with the people he said he was going to be with, his wife and his children and their friends. So I'm sure they're going to get a Pulitzer Prize for this one because they actually proved they caught me doing what I said to do with the people I said I was going to be with."
Then, he tweeted this: "NJ beaches are open in 119 of our our 130 miles of coastline. Come and enjoy them--but use sunscreen and hydrate!"

Very true and expect it to get worse as the wall does not go up, health care and tax reform go nowhere and the Russia scandal worsens. At least we get a good laugh while the nation crumbles under Trump's lack of leadership and incompetence.

Trump made mention of maybe suing CNN for the Russia story it had to retract. That sounds like a good idea. Then CNN can ask Donald related deposition questions and maybe get him to perjure himself.
