A judge ruled they violated the Crime Victims' Rights Act back in February which the 11 year investigation into the sweet deal and investigation into Sexgate prosecutor Ken Starr and celebrity attorney Alan Dershowitz helping create the secret 2008 plea deal with Acosta for Epstein. Despite the abundance of evidence that the scumbag has molested and abused at least 100 young girls, thanks to his money and connections and Acosta, Starr and Dershowitz, along with other feds made sure he got off with a mere 13 months in a private wing of a county jail where he did mostly work release stuff (which was 6 days a week working out of his office) after pleading guilty to lesser charges and erasing the international sex trafficking charges, which would have carried a life sentence.. The hammer needs to drop on every one of those fucks that allowed this douchebag to go free after all the shit they had on him..
The thing that sucks the most about this deal is Epstein obviously went right back to doing what he did before abusing young girls and the feds didn't give a shit until recently..

I wouldn't count on him "singing" about Bonespurs or Bill Clinton and possible allegations into their knowing and being part of the abuse of the victims.. Even if their names come out in that defamation case settlement that allegedly names 'numerous prominent American politicians, powerful business executives, foreign presidents, a well-known prime minister and other world leaders.

There is evidence that Trump paid off two women to keep quiet about his extra martial affairs and it didn't stop idiots from continuing to support him to this day, and not believing the women over their leader, so Epstein's implicating Trump in anything is not going to do a damn thing to damage him. They could have photo and visual proof and his supporters will not believe it and label it fake news. (They will, however, believe everything he says about Willie)

According to reports Epstein's only going to be charged with one count of sex trafficking of minors and one count of conspiracy to engage in sex trafficking of minors on Monday, despite being accused of molesting more victims.. He faces 45 years in prison if found guilty....

Can you imagine that Dershowitz was once a hero to many young lawyers? Now his reputation is sullied in the Trump era. He even wrote an apologist introduction in the DOJ's book-version release of the Mueller report.

Another thing to reiterate, as I read at this moment that federal prosecutors have shut down investigations into the Trump Organization, is that Bill Barr should be considered as dangerous as Trump. The Democrats have caused some of their own woes. Republicans know how to message and rally a base, and they play hardball. In learning how to do none of those, Democrats showed how little they understood how politics had morphed. If members of a Democratic administration were to defy subpoenas or demand closed hearings, the Republicans would send the marshals before midnight.

"Do the noble thing" is not enough of a message for voters. That's what many see as the main value of the Democratic party. They want to know how their elected officials are going to help them. Call it selfish, call it self-interest, but that's the reality. Which probably brings the question of, "Well then why was Obama elected? What worked?" I just think he was a brilliant conveyor of optimism, of possibilities. And you sensed this was someone that was truly special, with a brilliant mind. Of course it didn't hurt that people were fed up with Bush Jr.

Which brings us back to square one. Obama came in, Republicans doubled down on what they're good at and Democrats never met the challenge. If they had, we'd probably be saying "Supreme Court Justice Merrick Garland" today.
