I love how the details from the John Bolton book are being characterized as "a bombshell", "shocking", "new revelations", etc. Come the fuck on. NONE of this is really shocking. You'd have to be a complete and utter retard to not already know how unfit and incompetent Trump is. The white house dumbasses are turning themselves inside out to try to block the book and it has already leaked in several forms. The info is out there already. There are a million things going to shit across the country and this is the main priority; to block a book that's already all over the place.
His detractors already know all this stuff and his followers either don't care or actually think it's an advantage how he is because he's too stupid and contrary to be reasoned with.

Funny how the most damning things we have learned about Trump’s corruption have not come from his political enemies but from the people he has hired.
A TV reporter was covering Trump's Let's-Spread-The-Rona rally in Tulsa and one of the protesters in the background had a huge sign facing the camera that said "FLUSH THE TURD IN NOVEMBER".
Trump and Pence were going to address the "overflow" crowd at the rally prior to going inside, and it was cancelled, because THERE WERE HARDLY ANY PEOPLE THERE. And the inside is FAR from JAM PACKED!

(Maybe they can practice social distancing now?)
Trump's campaign is blaming the lack of crowd on "radical protestors" but rumors are abounding that a bunch of teenagers on Tik Tok and KPOP fans organized a mass reserve of fake ticket reservations to the event, so much so that there probably WAS one million requests for tickets like Bonespurs claimed, with no intention of attending...
Then Trump blamed the media for hyping the rising Covid 19 numbers in Oklahoma and thereby scaring his supporters away.. Before the rally started, Trump's campaign was texting those foolish enough to provide their phone numbers that "THERE'S PLENTY OF ROOM! COME ON DOWN!"
The overflow event outdoors did not require a ticket, but supposedly when Trump's campaign manager saw the paltry crowd out there, they canceled the outdoor rally to avoid the media showing the sparseness after Trump went on about Biden's rally earlier.....
Like I said, just the rumors from down there...
Murtaugh also bullshitted his followers claiming there were violent protestors doing all this shit outdoors and protestors were blocking the metal detectors and preventing supporters from entering (despite a heavy police and national guard presence). He also claimed they were "scaring" supporters, but many MAGA's were photographed open carrying their shootin irons around, so more bullshit..
Cops reported no violence or arrests and nobody was blocking anything..
Also, the campaign did temperature checks and handed out masks (ya know for that hoax flu thing) at the entrance, but most in attendance refused to wear them... Enjoy those hospital visits Trumpers... hope it was worth it.

I've seen bigger crowds at a minor league hockey game.
The Tulsa fire department gave a headcount of a little over 6K people. The arena holds just over 19K. The outdoor 2nd site was taken down before the main event due to the low turnout and the outdoor rally activities were canceled. Sounded like Jack Russell's Great White shows.
Okay so the Trump bullshit machine kicked into high gear after this latest failure. They've cooked up some fiction that mischievous teenagers "purchased" large amounts of tickets (free tickets) with no intention of attending. Seems plausible. No chance they would let anybody and everybody into the rally with or without a ticket just to get the crowd numbers up, right?
I'm thinking there are plenty enough Trumptards in Oklahoma to fill the arena, it's just that against all characteristics of complete idiots, self preservation instinct still exerts some small amount of influence.

There was actually a big social media push for just this very thing. Well, I don’t know how big it was, but it was a thing. Reserve and don’t show up. It was on the fake news a few days ago. The second I saw the piece on it, I knew they’d use it as an excuse.

THAT is one diverse crowd. Granted it's Tulsa, but it looks like a hockey game with all of the white faces. Oh, Fox fans. Please tell me more about Drumpf's 15% black vote.

Well, that's because he's obviously done more for the black population than Lincoln.

Welp, you got me there. How silly of me to overlook those accomplishments.

I don't doubt that somebody floated the idea. I'm just skeptical about whether it made much of a difference in attendance. I think it's more that people just don't want to get sick and I also think it's stupid to take this as a real indicator that Trump is losing support. There had better be ZERO reason for anybody to assume that and think about not voting. I think it would be much more effective if indicators were put out there, maybe even false indicators, that Trump is actually gaining support. Complacency and presumptive over-confidence is what got him elected last time.
I couldn’t say whether it made a difference, but the news this morning claimed it did. Had the air of “haha, we trolled you” which is shitty, since all it really shows is that liberals are petty dickheads, too. Doesn’t really say one way or the other whether Trump’s still popular or not.

The campaign ALWAYS overbooks tickets to his rallies.
Protesters have been trying this tactic since 2016, which is why there is no limit in reserving them. They only "sell-out" when the venue actually reaches capacity on the day of the rally.
This is nothing more than more bullshit from Parscale to try and spin an abject failure.
