If the Senate holds his Impeachment trial after Jan 19th which it looks like it will since McConnell is a spineless punk. He will keep it all because they will have no option to remove him from office once Biden is President. The highest penalty option after the 20th is to disqualify him from ever holding an elected office again at the Federal, State or local level. The Constitution and The 1958 Former Presidents Act govern this as detailed below.

If Trump takes the lifetime Secret Service protection the "Former Presidents Act" makes it clear that presidents who have lifetime Secret Service protection never get a $1 million travel allowance. I keep telling people don't be surprised if Trump gets charged with Treason some time this year. There's a lot of interviews to be done with his aides, Secret Service agents and WH personnel that were around him before, during and after.
