Anyone take these? What were the results? Are they all more or less the same?

Yes, and yes. It was the only thing that made the sharp, needle like pain under my rib cage go away (that is until I stopped boozing and the pain mysteriously went away. Go figure). I tried different name brands and this one worked best for me.

I use it, when I remember to.
It like a tuneup for your guts. It seems to be a combo of high fiber, good bacteria and vitamins.

I use this stuff:

I can never remember to take them. Do you keep them in the fridge? Read somewhere you’re supposed to once you open the bottle.

I guarantee you they weren’t shipped to the store in refrigerated trucks. Don’t bother.
