But how "free" is he? He was actually self-deluded enough that he thought that he could go back to his life as it was after being acquitted, so he didn't get the punishment that he deserved, but his life was still ruined nonetheless. And his ego was such that he couldn't leave well enough alone and consequently forced his way into jail.

He's out and about in Las Vegas, going to restaurants, sitting at bars, etc. Girls talk to him. People ask for photos. I've seen him at a couple places, including Grape Street in Summerlin, where he's supposedly a regular.

Although when I saw him he didn't look nearly as bad as he does in those recent photos.
