Recommend me some hot sauce!!!

At a restaurant, I asked for hot sauce the other day and they gave me Tabasco! BORING!

Aside from common ones like Franks, Melinda and Cholula...which ones do you like?

Last night I watched a couple episodes of HOT ONES on youtube and didn't recognize one brand!

Was about to post this. I keep a huge bottle at home and a smaller one at work. Great on everything from pizza to Mac and cheese to burritos!

I freakin' love El Yucateco Green, it's very flavorful and not insanely hot (it's habenero though, so it does pack a punch)

They have some other flavors that are super good, but I like the green the best.

I just roasted up some Poblanos and Jalapenos last night on the grill and chopped them up to put in eggs, burgers, sandwiches, etc, love fresh green chili too.

I'm usually a Frank's or Cholula simply because of convenience. It's my main condiment. I've purchased a few different brands featured on First We Feast. I love "hot and spicy," but the older I get, the less it loves me. I don't have recommendations, but my bar is that I'll go as hot as possible until it begins tasting horrible. Like the one-chip challenge, the heat is killer, but the taste is disgusting, even if I could tolerate the Scoville rating.

I love spicy, but only if it's flavor first. I feel like hot sauces have become all about heat over flavor and "hot sauce enthusiasts" have found a really ridiculous way to make themselves feel smug because they can stand hot shit.
A spicy curry, Mexican sauces with dried peppers, etc, are usually hotter than a lot of sauces, but the flavor is there first. When you start getting into habanero, ghost pepper, all that shit, it's just dick measuring because you're not actually tasting the food.

I've been doing whats called 'xmas style', red and green. For red I use the smoky one, kinda like tabasco chipotle but waaay better
