Why is the Walmart clientele depicted in this extreme manner?
The video footage can't be real, the film content appears to have been staged/planned/rehearsed, and inaccurate behavioral representation of general shoppers.
I've never been inside a Walmart and imagine that it's similar to any other establishment.

1. Walmart radio- played a lot of 2000’s Bon Jovi
2 . Those 85cent small bakery pies. You could get addicted to pumpkin
pies. Always grabbed 3 of those
