I did - CA has a serious issue for sure.

I am hoping they add 'how not to be a dumb ass' to the list.

you might be a dumbass if :
- you sleep sprawled out in the middle of the sidewalk in the middle of the day and have to be circumnavigated.

- you randomly strew all your trash on the sidewalk around you even though there is a trash can close by

- you follow people around and harass them for money
It's good to be bad
It's the best time you'll ever have
What the hell is this ultra sad
Pray for your cool and work on that ass!

Seems like they never address the working homeless. Which is getting worse. So yea some of the homeless you see could very well be working, and with rent sky high, cant afford rent.

Corporations decided to get into the land lord business. Started buying up all the could, then charged a ton for rent.

They may get rid of some of the homeless issue by putting up more affordable housing. I think the homeless issue is gonna continue to get worse. The days of middle class income are over. So your either rich, and can afford to live in a home or apt, or poor, and forced to live in a vehicle.

I am sure there are even some people living on the streets that simply cant find work or get work because lack of a address, or other reasons like no phone, bla bla bla.

Think some the poor, and forced to live on the streets have just reached the point of either giving up, or simply dont care any more. So yea, its just not mental illness, and or drug issues, its lack of money, and affordable housing.

Just comes down to greed. The people that have lots of money, want more, and have no problem fucking over the poor to get it.

The human race deserves a nice zombie virus. People just suck
I'm finding it difficult to masturbate to this. I'm trying, I just have so little to work with...

Tym, apart from your last line that is possibly the most sensible thing you've ever posted.

It must be a lot cooler down there. They should put stores and casinos down there instead.

LMAO
"Did you vote for it?"
Yeah, like several times.
Months after becoming mayor in 2004 Gavin promised to have San Frans homelessness problem solved within ten years. You see this homeless problem isn't a recent explosion it has been growing steadily. And newsom's been talking about solving it to a lot of people with short memories. Because when that decade was over there was no improvement in fact he took the radical move of slashing people's welfare checks with the intent to build shelters. That went over well. And there are no such shelters operational today.
4 years ago, Newsome announced 1.4 billion to combat homelessness. 2 years ago he announced taking a record high TWELVE BILLION from the budget - to combat homelessness. That's a whole lot of f****** money. Anyone would be lying if they say they saw improvements thanks to that massive amount of cash allegedly going toward the Homeless Problem.
And here we go again. "Are you going to vote for it?" Yes of course you'd have to be a cold-hearted a****** not to what the help the homeless, hell half of us are on our way to being homeless ourselves. Thank God there's this new bill finally addressing the situation. LMAO.
Here's my prediction. We're going to see more homeless in the wake of billions of dollars not fully accounted for
