Peace in Ukraine (how it's done)

I know there's a "War Board" where this would fit in better, bur bear with me....
Just got a brilliant idea for making peace in Ukraine
Simply move all the Ukrainians to Poland and Rumania, clear the land of mines and bombs and build hotels and golf courses.
Everyone I've talked to about this, agrees that I am a very stable genius for coming up with this all by myself.

But what would you do with the Russians? Move them to Mongolia? Hmm, not a bad idea maybe as they are Mongols anyway?

Problem is there are no decent beaches in Ukraine. Putin already got 'em all when he annexed Crimea. No jetskis or beach volleyball babes, no dice.
