The question of "Should Julian be prepared to be jailed for what he's done?" It didn't sound to me like someone pushing to convince me Julian was a criminal. It sounded like "Shouldn't julian recognize the risk of what he's doing and prepare himself for the possibility of being jailed, legally or otherwise?"

If that's the question she was asking the answer is yes, any journalist needs to accept that risk and if Julian considers himself a journalist, he needs to accept that risk as well.
