1. There is only so much space in the U.S. and I have little patience!

2. The citizens will be allowed 3 kids and the "benefits" that come with them. You pump out another one and you'll face the Death Metal of all taxes.

3. All things Metal will have to be capitalized. This is just a sidenote.

4. Another sidenote. bon joki who by my proclamation will be referred to in small letters. What do we do? Do I find a small island where he can be tagged and allowed free reign or do we need to consider more extreme measures?

5. I always hoped Iggy Pop Will would be part of the government because he was always spot on with things. I will have a statue built of him in a park where people can learn of weird music and his wisdom.
