That is the "Daily Swing State Tracking Poll", not the daily tracking poll for the popular vote in the general election which currently shows a tie.

The aggregated popular vote in the swing states does not tell you anything about the outcome of the election you simpleton. The link you posted is worthless and merely trying to get people to subscribe to their website:

Platinum Members have access to detailed demographic information.

This is a ranking of the swing states by the probability that they will influence the outcome of the election. The most important by far is Ohio. If Romney loses Ohio, he has to win the rest of the swing states to get to the White House.

http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/
1 Ohio 42.5%
2 Va. 14.7%
3 Wis. 9.8%
4 Nev. 7.6%
5 Fla. 6.7%
6 Iowa 5.9%
7 Colo. 5.8%
8 N.H. 2.4%
9 Pa. 1.1%

Ohio
FiveThirtyEight Projections Dem Rep Margin
Polling average 49.1 44.8 Obama +4.3
Adjusted polling average 48.7 45.6 Obama +3.1
State fundamentals 47.8 46.7 Obama +1.1
Now-cast 48.6 45.7 Obama +2.9
Projected vote share ±4.2 50.9 48.0 Obama +2.9
Chance of winning Obama 76% Romney 24%

Polls 538 WT. Date Dem Rep Margin
Wenzel Strategies 10/5 47.3 48.0 Romney +0.7
Rasmussen 10/4 50.0 49.0 Obama +1.0
We Ask America 10/4 46.0 47.0 Romney +1.0
NBC/Marist 10/1 51.0 43.0 Obama +8.0

Hahahahaha... I do this just to fuck with you. The only polls that matter are the ones next month.

The ones you post almost every day don't mean anything either. No matter who wins different polls will show that at some point that person was leading in the polls before the election.

Yeh sure. You posted a link without reading it dumb ass and now you're doing damage control. Grow some balls, own up to your mistakes.

For fuck sake, you just posted an article titled "Did Obama Just Throw The Entire Election Away?" which based its entire analysis on a Pew poll that came out yesterday.

So now you want us to believe that you think the polls do not matter.

They mattered to you on Mon Oct 08, 2012 9:56 pm when you started that thread.

So the Pew poll which you made a big deal out of last night does not mean anything now. Thanks for clearing that up.

Daily polls matter a great deal because they influence a candidate's ability to raise money. Last week when Romney was tanking in the polls, donors were shifting money to GOP senate and house races.

You are suggesting that if the election is close, polls do not matter.

You are wrong and you are an imbecile.

birtherplanet, you're like an adolescent who thinks the adults are stupid. The grown up world does not make sense to you. That's not because the grown up world does not make sense. It's because you are an imbecile.

You really think I take this Sludge stuff as seriously as you, don't you?

The polls don't mean shit until election day. Up until then it's cheerleading.

I'm not doing damage control. I still haven't read the article, because I don't care.

I just wanted to see how fast you would respond and I can see that you stopped thinking about what life would be like with a real girl to post fast enough to accidentally drop your sister's Barbie dolls.

Don't you get it? There are people who are just having fun here? You jump through hoops real good. You entertain us. If Obama wins I don't care. If Romney wins I don't care, but if Romney does win it's going to be hysterical to read about your melt down.

Do you get it now? I'm not the only person to write that they're just having fun on a message board. Get it? Get it??? In fact I've mentioned this more than once before and you still continue to jump through hoops like Pavlov's dogs who can't help but salivate when they hear a bell ring.

It's called Behavior Modification and you've been trained to react something good.

I don't take "sludge stuff" seriously. Who runs the country is a serious matter. Whether Gene's bitch tits are growing is not a serious matter.

You're an idiot. The polls mean a lot and can influence the outcome of the election. That's why the grown ups pay attention to them child.
brotherplanet wrote: I'm not doing damage control. I still haven't read the article, because I don't care.
You did not read the article because you're too lazy and stupid to read it. You dont' read any of the articles you post.
brotherplanet wrote: I just wanted to see how fast you would respond and I can see that you stopped thinking about what life would be like with a real girl to post fast enough to accidentally drop your sister's Barbie dolls.
I heard you the first time. You are a liar. You as usual saw a headline that was pro Romney and you raced to post it. You have a habit of doing that.
brotherplanet wrote: Don't you get it? There are people who are just having fun here? You jump through hoops real good. You entertain us.
So now you're going to claim that you are just trollling.

The fact is you came to this site expecting to educate a bunch of dumb metal heads. What you found out instead is that you are the dumb ass.

You don't know shit but you keep running around here talking down to people.

So now you are going to backpedal and say it's all been a put on. Nobody believes you. You got all worked up about data posted from the St Louis fed that proved you were clueless about the economy. You even complained I was violating copyright. You got your panties all in a twist and made quite the fool of yourself on that thread.

But now you expect us to believe it's a joke?

You're the joke.

LMFAO, you don't know shit about me dumb ass so don't pretend you do.
brotherplanet wrote: Do you get it now? I'm not the only person to write that they're just having fun on a message board.
Nobody believes you dumb ass.

You came to this site with a superior attitude, got your clock cleaned and you've been exposed as a full blown retard. Now you want us to believe you were only pretending to be stupid.

Nobody can pretend to be as stupid as you are.
