Socialization of 20% of GDP? What the fuck are you babbling about? Socialized means there is no private sector spending on health care. The private sector is currently spending 1.8 trillion a year on health care. GDP is 15.58 trillion. That's 11.5% of GDP spent by private sector. The socialized part (medicare, medicaid, VA, etc) is 6.8% of GDP (federal, state, local). In 2008 it was 6.4% of GDP. So health care has not become more socialized under Obama. Health care prices simply rise faster than whatever else the govt spends money on.
