Didn't he make some crazy speech a few years ago that even had his constituents distancing themselves from him? Howard Dean all over again.
It has to be this:

That dude is less charismatic than Al Gore.

Okay - well, it seems as if Jindal won't be having a crack at 2012 anytime soon. I just recall his name being bounced around a while ago and thought he might still be in with a shout.

Does anyone reckon that Ron Paul, at the age of 76, might have another stab?

When Obama got a lot of momentum behind him, Jindal was briefly being groomed as a right-wing version and a lot of hype got built up around him. After he got caught out doing and saying some dumb shit, the Republicans quickly realized that he "wasn't ready". I wouldn't count him out in the future, though, and he's still being touted as the "ethnic face" of the right wing.

Ron Paul? Ugh!

Wouldn't people just say the exact same things that they said about McCain? You know, too old, he might not finish his first term, he's out of touch etc.?

If the Repubs really want a chance to unseat Obama they should try to run this dude with Romney...

Couldn't be any worse then Palin, or McCain or Jindal.
