But the China scenario isn't just doom and gloom. When the government can't pay back it's debt, what is going to happen? Or are we just hoping we can pay it back? China will have it's pound of flesh, mark my words.

What, can't you be both grounded AND optimistic? Or, if not optimistic, at least not pessimistic? How can you claim to be "grounded" when you're throwing out doomsday scenarios? I have nothing against Palin, but quitting her post like she did certainly disqualifies her (at least in my mind) for spreading the message of revolution. There's plenty of people calling him out for his actions, including many of those who voted for him, and people who actually absorbed their college education.
