This is Rachel at her best. Most of the traditional media types just accept the GOP talking points and criticisms of Obama without question. But, it's quite stunning how many of them are hypocrites -- saying one thing one day, something else the next. These are the people with whom the White House wants to work in a bipartisan manner.

Maddow I can stomach, because she doesn't seem like she's doing a hit job when she points stuff out. She seems to genuinely feel what she's saying is right, (even when I disagree with her) and comes across as better informed than anybody else on her channel.

She does, but she's every bit as hypocrtical as anyone on any channel at the same time. youtube her rant about an "epidemic" of right wing radical terrorism(on the heels of tillers murder) and how the media dosn't pay enough attention to it. then months later she proceeds to argue against calling the ft. hood shooter a terrorist, even implying that to call him such might be racist. whats wrong with calling both terrorists?

Before she got a show on MSNBC I thought she was legit but she's basically become an Olbermann clone since then. I actually liked Olbermann before he completely went off the deep end shortly after the Presidential election but I can't watch either of them anymore, and that's too bad because I really liked MSNBC for being closer to the middle of the political spectrum than either CNN or Fox had been.

Joe Scarborough, Pat Buchanon, Tucker Carlson (briefly) and on other conservative they had a couple of years back that I can't think of at the moment were a nice balance for Olbermann and Matthews.

Tucker Carlson had his own show for a while. Dan Abrams was the other guy I was thinking of. He's not a conservative but he was pretty politically moderate.

So popularity is good when it comes to cable news ratings (Fox news) but bad when it comes to presidential elections (Obama), but good when a certain president's ratings slip (Obama), and yet also not good when a certain president has continuous low approval ratings (Bush his last three years)?

Help me figure it out, I need a flow chart.

Fox IS right wing propaganda and MSNBC, CBS, ABC, NBC and CNN are ALL left wing propaganda.
