For what it's worth, a guy on another board I post on said this:
Johnson suffers from hepatitis C and has been undergoing radical chemo-therapy-like treatments that affect his speech and cognitive abilities.
I have no idea if that is why he asked a question as bizarre/dumb as that one but it's at least worth pointing out. And, of course, it elicits the obvious question of whether he's fit to serve if his treatment for his illness is taking such a toll on him.
And before anyone asks....no, he's not my Congressman, as I live just inside the 5th district. Also, for whatever a personal anecdote is worth, I met Johnson at a CLE shortly after his election and he was quite engaging and seemed rather bright, but that was before he started these treatments.
