On a similar tangent, even if it only weakens the foundations of the war in Iraq, Wikileaks has already justified it's existence. And it wouldn't have been possible without true bravery, standing up against the billionaire warlords who pull the strings.

Manning = Political prisoner. A prisoner of conscience who traded in his freedom to show the world how fucked up the war is.

An unsung hero who I think/hope will one day will be lauded for his actions.

I don't endorse all he said but we are spending a hell of a lot of money to fix a country that never asked for our help and who want us to just go home while people here who could use help right now go without. There are plenty as bad as Hussein but they are not situated in the middle of the oil-rich Middle East.

Sadly, many will tune out during his initial diatribe about racism without realizing he has valid points about what and why we are there.
