...if RP would run as an Independent in 2012. How would you feel about that ticket? I personally think he would have a better shot if he ran as a Republican just to get the exposure generated by the Republican Primaries but I'm not sure.

Thoughts?

Jesse Ventura?

Ron Paul is so old he hung out with the founding fathers. The last thing I want is for Jesse to be one heartbeat from the Presidency with a guy who may only have one heartbeat left.

Haha...yeah he's getting up there I agree. But the guy is one of the last true Patriots out there imo. I don't agree with JV on some things but I respect the fact that like RP he doesn't take any BS and he calls people to the carpet.

I would like him a lot more if he wasn't so cozy with the 1488 types.

Someone should explain to Ventura that Ron Paul can't "tag out" halfway through the campaign.
