Randal Terry "presidential campaign" ads. OMG! WTF!

Anyone else seen the Randal Terry "Presidential campaign" ads yet?! WTF!
I'm in MA and we get a NH station, WBIN with the local cable package. So we see alot of ads directed to the NH primary voters. Most we just ignore. Well tonight at 8pm while I sat down with a slice of pizza, flipped on The Office on WBIN and this ad came on. http://www.terryforpresident.com/

Needless to say truely horrified doesn't even come close. How is this allowed on TV? I thought the photo of the hanging black man was bad.....not even close to what came next.
