Wrong dumb ass. The "current standings" is the no tossup map on RCP.

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls ... s_ups.html

Obama/Biden 294

Romney/Ryan 244

That electoral count is consistent with 538 blog
http://fivethirtyeight.blogs.nytimes.com/

Obama/Biden 283
Romney/Ryan 254

Intrade:

Democratic nominee to win 280 or more Electoral College votes in 2012 Presidential Election 62%

It's also consistent with the Vegas odds which give Obama a 63% chance of winning the election.

But of course you are "just kidding" and don't really care about polls since they do not mean anything. Polls are for the fools who get their chain pulled by "them".

Things can change and probably will over the next three and a half weeks. From all of the data I'm seeing I believe the chances are that Mitt Romney will win this election. I think it's safe to say Death Row Joe believes Obama will win.
DRJ, would you be interested in making a prediction, now, on how you believe the electoral college will end up? Just a number of votes for each candidate on Nov. 6th. I think we both enjoy looking at polling data during presidential elections. I'd be interested in seeing how you think it shakes out.

Obama has 13 states plus the district of Columbia locked up. Romney 21 states.
16 states left that decide the election.

Kerry and Gore had those states as well.

Obama has 13 states locked down today. I think he gets at least another 5 for sure. He wins or loses with around 20 states.
