While Rice maintained that the electoral college often skews the reality of an election -- "It was still a close election in the popular vote," she said -- she admitted that there is a need for a "bigger tent for the Republican party."

So they've gone from skewed polls to skewed reality. Republicans have lost the popular vote in 5 of the last 6 presidential elections.

Republicans have put up a new website to replace unskewedpolling dot com:

What these fucking morons don't realize is that if they went with the popular vote, places like liberal New York - where only 45% of the populace voted, would be churning out MILLIONS more voters.

There's no fucking escape for these Republican douchebags. Any way they slice up the pie they'll lose.

In 1980, Reagan got 50.7% of the popular vote.

In 2012, Obama got 50.5% of the popular vote.

So the GOP was right when they predicted 2012 would be like 1980.

It's a fucked up system but the electoral college is not even close to being one of the biggest probs. I think all of us can agree there, there are flaws in our awesome govt. but the parasites in Washington that continue to suck us dry like ticks don't want to help out with any of that.
