The Israelis aren't going to preëmptively strike Iran without the direct involvement of the United States. And they won't attack the Syrians save for any kind of unrest limited to the Golan Heights. There is no Israeli public support for a Syrian intervention, and very little support for an Iran attack. It's incredible how much of a disconnect there is in the neocon dominated American opinion of Israeli sentiment and the actual sentiment.
