as for low carb drinks.. I read once the trick is drinking clear mixed drinks.. meaning soda water, diet sprite, tonic, etc.... with vodka. Low carb, low calorie! So for instance, my drink of choice is any flavored stoli or shmirnoff with diet sprite. Ofcourse sometimes its hard to get diet mixers at bars.. so thats when you can just got for the tonic water.

So how bout a raspberry stoli & sprite for me! mmmm

and dont forget the cherry on top!

Now I quit smoking and gained 10 pounds so I jog everyday with my dog.
