Kix on the same stage as GWAR and Limp Bizkit... wow... interesting. It's been a while now, where these bills are A to Z... no borders or groups.
Good for all of these bands... and I can assure you, 95% of ALL these guys, in the biggest bands, are usually the NICEST people to work with.
It's the guys who are going on early in the day, coming up, who have their heads full of "You are the next >insert nonsense here<" from their friends who are the biggest tools.

I was there one year. It was like an 80's rock dream come true. Waking up, getting breakfast and like XYZ or VAIN were performing. Walking around and seeing Joe Leste in a golf cart, while Faster Pussycat were on one stage and Enuff Z'nuff were on the other. That was 15 years ago?.... Urgh...
"You want Don Juan DeMarco, the world's greatest lover, to talk to you? What do you know of great love?"
I go most years to cover the festival and to do interviews in the media tent. The organizers are great to work with and I've had some tremendous memories there over the years. This year was pretty damn hot but got to check out some bands I've wanted to see live (The Hu, Asking Alexandria, Crobot, GWAR, Kix) and I'm an unabashed Bush fan that has always wanted to interview Gavin and accomplished that along with a few others.
