I saw that too.
It’s weird that it’s on at 7pm - but then I noticed that it’s on “Howard 101” on Sirius.

How much did The Cult pay Howard for this?
Jani Lane and Bret Michaels should form a band called "Nelson II"

I think Howard's a fan. I remember back when his old New York station switched formats to rock. To mark the occasion, Howard stuck around an extra hour or so after his regular shift and played DJ. One of the songs was "Rain" by the Cult.
He also played "New Thing". I don't know if anyone from Enuff Z'Nuff has ever mentioned it or not, but there's some kind of connection there.

If they did pay wonder how much that would be? Like $20,000?

If it was only 20000$ Green Jello would have 5 interviews now
Howard won’t even consider doing this for less than 2 million. He needs the cash to keep Beth in love with him

Stern's been a huge fan forever, Ralph turned them onto him years ago.
Per Howard, it was recorded in the Sirius LA studios as billed as "Howard Stern Presents The Cult".
They did 4 tunes (Sanctuary dedicated to Howard for his birthday) and talked about their career.
Vids will be available on the Sirius ap and later on YouTube.

That, & Howard has to put her over, on air, with ridiculous untruths like "I gave Beth Covid". No way Mr. Germaphobe/ Never Leave the House gave anyone Covid. Beth obviously got it running around , handing out cats & other nefarious behavior.

What happened to them after Sonic Temple? Maybe 4 strong tunes after that release. Lack of funds maybe? Only had a few days in the studio and had to record at home as a result? Maybe couldn’t afford outside writers, producers, etc…?
Or did they simply run out of ideas? Love was good. Electric and ST were great. Ceremony had 2 good tracks…then crap until the song Rise.
Maybe because they were just a duo and not a band?

Also, regardless of who else read in the band, Astbury & Duffy wrote all of their songs.
