I cant listen to Green Day due to the faux English/Johnny Rotten accent/vocal style. And the drummer has a perpetual "shit eating grin" that makes me want to punch him in the face.
And they suck.

Comedians used to do bits about how in interviews you could hardly understand a word these dudes saying but they start singing and lo and behold they instantly sound just like the guy next door...

I like the new album. It has elements from the early days, American Idiot and the more produced albums. The songs are generally pretty strong (even the slow ones).
