I think it's more a case of 40 years of being in absolute power in his environment whilst almost never leaving that environment (Vince famously slept only 3 or 4 hrs a day and spent the rest of his time all on WWE). If you combine that with a disposition of loving wielding power over people and becoming a billionaire you get these kind of excesses.
Being on huge amounts of testosterone, other steroids and possibly drugs would only enhance the behavior.
