Ah, my bad.

Dr. Feelgood was released a couple weeks after the festival. For whatever reason, the Crue chose not to preview any of the new shit.
The tapes weren’t ready yet.

"Rodeo" was also a song from the Dr. Feelgood demo sessions and they put that on the Girls Girls Girls reissue at claimed it was from that era. I have a feeling those guys don't even know what the fuck they have or where any of it goes.

I'm pretty sure that they claimed that they did in The Dirt.

The worst Mötley song released in the 80s and it's not even close.
Not even the worst song on the album.

It's better than Without You

My cousin's wedding song.

Looks cool, but I'm totally going to forget about it before November.

This. Worst live hair metal band I ever saw. Maybe one of the worst live bands I ever saw, and I saw them five times. I’m a glutton for punishment and a half rack of stupidity. They are one 80s band that I can honestly say that I checked out years ago on and haven’t looked back.

Musically, I'd agree, not great. However, the one thing I'll give them credit for, is they always wanted to put on a show. I think their most 'meh" show I saw was the 30th anniversary tour they did that was partially in support of SOLA, and at least they had some special staging for that, like Tommy's oversized bass drum and Nikki's flaming microphone. It's like, do you go see a band that isn't great live outside of Tommy's solos, or do you go see a band like KISS, where the show is 75 percent tape?

They haven't been good live since 1986 - loved the show I saw - but worst live hair metal band? Worse than Poison or WASP? Don't think so.

Poison are a good live band. You have some of the weirdest takes on this board which says a lot.

The Poison show I saw in 1990 was anything but good. Maybe they were too fucked up by that time.

While not musically all that amazing, I always enjoyed Poison’s attitude, delivery and live show better than Motley’s, at least the half dozen times I saw each of them.

WASP is one of the top 5 worst hair metal bands I ever had the displeasure of seeing. They might be top 2, if not the top spot.

I haven’t seen them live in over twenty years. I’ll take KISS eight days a weeks over Motley at any time in the space time continuum.

Most of the crue is taped as well. And most sane people would choose to see KISS live instead of Motley Crue.

Although neither have been anything special for a number of years.
