I said it was an unconfirmed report. The thing is, I'm NOT making an excuse.
I just said what was in the article.
Might be why he PLAYED BAD does not equal Patriots would have won if he wasn't (unconfirmed) injured.

Not only is your excuse pathetic, it's also completely wrong. Brady did not play poorly because of any injury. Brady played poorly because the Jets defense confused him. He never could get a handle on what they were doing. They were also getting in Brady's head by sacking and hitting him early and often. Simply put, Brady was rattled. His throws weren't particularly bad, his decision were. Thus, your excuse makes no sense. He also displayed poor clock management in the end.

It wasn't his best game, but Brady didn't play poorly at all.

Are Patriots fans asking Belichik why the fuck he tried that fake in the first half when they were barely losing?

 I'm no Steelers fan, but that's one of the better organizations in the league.
They used to be, now their standards are below the Raiders. They put their faith in a urine soaked bar rag, they think if the other team disrepects it they get their ass kicked. I guess it's just the mentality of Western PA/WV inbred people.

It was Brady's foot's fault.

Belichick didn't call the fake. Chung changed the call at the line.

For idiots like yourself who are trolls and don't comprehend basic English, lets put it this way:
You wanna say the media who wrote the article are looking for excuses? Go right ahead.
I on the other hand REPEATED what was in the article. NONE of it was my opinion or MY excuse, except for the Ryan part which was a joke.
Capiche?

So the Superbowl is set: Pittsburgh vs Green Bay
Predictions?

How many of you don't care for all the crap surrounding the SB - the 2 week wait, media day, the extra hype, the halftime show, and all the people who wouldn't even be classified as casual fans that all of a sudden have an interest in the game?

The Pro Bowl is next week: Does anyone even care? Is it the worst all-star event of the major sports?

Same here. I'll have my annual party, but I'll be (happily) spending more time in the kitchen preparing wings, chili, sandwiches, and the like.

That's pretty much it over here too. I'm just in it for the food and commercials now.

The ending of that game is why I prefer futbol over football. Kneeling to kill time when there's still a minute and a half left to play is a load of crap. Anything can happen in that time, which would make the game exciting. Kneeling is just showing you have no balls. You don't see soccer players bouncing the ball between each other in the last couple minutes if their team is winning. You finish the game and whatever happens, happens.

 Okay buddy. Thats part of the game its athletic warfare, part of the strategy, along with other things, is clock management. Comparing non contact sports with contact sports is the ghey.

Im fucking sick of the steelers. The kickass D they have can make games boring as fuck, it can be like watching a ground grinding mma title fight; the tension is there but if your not invested its just meh. Ill get hammered drunk and hope GB puts up a show like the cards but pulls out the W.

Anways the super bowl is the pinnacle of league based sport, nothing else compares to it. So to me the only thing as annoying as the casual fans jumping in is the football fans that bitch about how much a spectacle it is

The last SB the Steelers played in was one of the most exciting in the game's history.

I expect this one to be also.

So far Vegas says Green Bay, which surprises me. They didn't look nearly as dominant yesterday as they did going into it. I'm thinking Pittsburgh wins a close game.

As for the rest: The Superbowl isn't a game, it's a national holiday. I'll do like I always do and have a blowout with tons of food and a lot of booze. We'll watch the game and do squares probably, but we'll probably pay closer attention to the commercials. I don't much care who wins.

I don't give a fuck about the pro bowl. I don't think I've ever watched one.

I'm surprised Vegas has the Packers as an early favorite as well. I'm all over taking the Steelers, and points, given their defence and Big Ben's track record in big games. Rodgers looked less than great yesterday against the Bears defence.

As for the Pro Bowl, yeah, it sucks. All All-Star games do. They're a big corporate schmoozefest for sponsors and nothing more.

Wanted GB to win but they didn't look all that impressive.
Sort of wanted the Jets to win and then turn around and get destroyed in the SB.
Still think GB will win it.

Yeah but they spend half the game lying on the ground grabbing their shins. Talk about gay.
