Which one gets hit first?

Tough call. I believe that the United States is more likely to go to war with Iran first. I say that because Iran or Syria will do something to Israel and it will pull them into a war in the middle east. However, Korea is allied to Iran. Moreover I very much doubt that China is gonna let Korea go to war with the U.S. if that were to happen. Therefore this bullshit of countries entering into alliances is exactly what set off World War I; difference is nukes were out of the picture. Kind of funny how fast the world grew up in the last 100 years.
