Just got back from Black Panther, 7/10. Prob my least favourite of the Marvel movies. I thought Thor Ragnorak and Spider-man Homecoming were far better. I was pretty underwhelmed and found Black Panther's sister annoying and awkward. Aside from Okoye kicking ass in the casino I didn't find the action or fighting overly riveting. With the movie's popularity, I think Disney should have waited and made a Wakanda instead of Pandora area in Animal Kingdom.
A Late Quartet (2012) - 7/10:
Drama about a string quartet featuring Christopher Walken, Catherine Keener, Philip-Seymour Hofmann and Imogen Poots, who's very hot in it. Plot is not all that much about music unfortunately, but about Imogen banging her parents friend, which is not too bad either.
Dalida (2016) - 6/10:
Decent biopic if you like her music.
Farewell, My Queen (2012) - 6/10:
Period piece set at Château de Versailles at the beginning of the French Revolution. Diane Kruger as Marie Antoinette is great as a lesbian hardcore bitch queen, with Virginie Ledoyen as her lover and Léa Seydoux as her servant going full frontal naked and shit, with HMZ-approved authenticity. There's hardly a plot and movie pretty much sucks aside from these three.
Take This Waltz (2011) - 6/10:
Michelle Williams has her tits out a lot, Seth Rogen bangs Michelle Williams, Sarah Silverman is an alcoholic. Not bad.
I thought it was pretty good. I laughed out loud a few times and the movie flowed well. Jason Bateman is very likable in it. One of the better comedies I have seen recently.
Everything, Everything (2017) Good teen drama/romance 7.5/10
A Little Bit of Heaven(2011) Kate Hudson, Whoopi Goldberg, Kathy Bathes, Lucy Punch, Rosemarie Dewitt ,Treat Williams, Peter Dinklage, Pretty sad movie about Kate dying from colon cancer 7/10
They say all good boys go to heaven
But bad boys bring heaven to you
The House (2017) Will Ferrell, Amy Poehler, Jeremy Renner 7/10
Hitchcock(2012) Anthony Hopkins, Scar Jo, Jessica Biel, Helen Mirren, Toni Colette, Ralph Macchio. Great cast good movie might even be better for those who have seen Psycho 8/10
They say all good boys go to heaven
But bad boys bring heaven to you
Frances Ha(2012) Greta Gerwig Adam Driver Grace Gummer, Movie was Hipster central all in black and white , set in Brooklyn and not even 2 minutes in we see a girl in her 20's with huge glasses, playing the banjo and knitting but the movie wasnt bad at all cause the lead was great and very likeable 7/10

Red Sparrow - 7/10. Pretty Good movie, but way too long. Could have cut 20 minutes easily.
Death Wish (2018) - 6/10. Exactly what you expect. Predictable, stupid, but entertaining enough. I used Movie Pass so I don't feel bad about seeing this. Had I paid I am sure my score would have been lower. Also convinced that they changed a B-storyline in post.
Entertaining enough but never quite got good enough. Some performances were good, but I didn't really like Charlize Theron in it. Close ups were not her friend in this movie.
Man, a pretty unexciting movie. Clearly the cast and filmmakers were aiming for something a bit different in a Jennifer Lawrence vehicle. Maybe it looked better on paper?
The Finest Hours (2016) Chris Pine Casey Affleck Ben Forster, Eric Bana, Good movie even if its a bit slow, would have been better if not a Disney movie 7.5/10
They say all good boys go to heaven

The Beguiled (2017) Movie is about Nicole Kidman Kirsten Dunst Elle Fanning getting all hot and bothered by Colin Farrell not as good as it sounds 6.5/10
They say all good boys go to heaven
But bad boys bring heaven to you
Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters (2013) Alexandra Daddario Stanley Tucci Nathan Fillion 6/10
Spider-Man Homecoming (2017) Robert Downey Jr, Jon Favreau, Gwyneth Paltrow, Michael Keaton, Marissa Tomei, Zendaya, like all marvel movies this one was way too long and there was absolutely no need for another re boot, the one with Tobey Maguire was much better but this being 2017 he had to have a black gf and a chinese side kick, hell even the one with Emma Stone was much better 5/10

This one is out now and I loved it. It's about the ones behind the Wonder Woman character. From what I have looked up, some say it's true, while others say it wasn't. I tend to think there was a lot of truth to it since the 2 women lived together for decades even after the professor died and they did name their kids after each other so I would think it was more than just the wife being okay with him having a mistress and that's it. At any rate, the movie was good. Anyone else watch "Professor Marston And The Wonder Women"?
Remember reading the book as a kid and liking it. Movie just wasn't done well. Thought the cgi looked cheap. Oprah was miscast as was the Indian chick from The Office. Too many holes in the plot (how the fuck did the dad and Calvin get back to earth?). First half was slow.
Alien: Covenant(2017) Michael Fassbender Danny McBride Billy Crudup James Franco Guy Pearce, not really familiar with the Alien movies but still enjoyed it 6.5/10
Dont Tak To Irene(2017) Geena Davis, Fun quirky indie movie 7.5/10

Finally got around to seeing Three Billboards. I thought it was incredible until the last ten minutes. Their going off to be vigilantes just didn't sit right with me, but the rest was fantastic. The whole cast was incredible, it kept me on my toes from start to finish, and even though I didn't see any of the other Best Picture nominees, I can't see how they could have won. What a powerful movie.

I don't think they actually became vigilantes. You can see some doubt they were expressing.
